Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from Poshsquare are eligible for a full refund if returned within 60 days of purchase. We offer: exchange, return and store credit. You will have up to 60 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website. Please note: if you’re exchanging for a new item of higher value, you’re responsible for paying the difference. If you’re exchanging for a new item of lower value, you have the choice of receiving the remaining amount as store credit or a refund.
All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE, in which case they are NOT eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
How to Send in your Return/Exchange:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Ensure your item(s) meet the following:
- Not a final sale or clearance item
- Within 60 days of the received date of the item
- In brand new condition, unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with the tags on
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees. To ship an item back to Poshsquare please:
- Indicate on your Return & Exchange Form whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
- For exchanges: please indicate the desired item/size. For returns: Please fill out the return form included with your package.
- Pack your item(s) and return form into the return bag.

- Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return ship date for your refund to be processed and account credited. Only original form of payment can be refunded
Your returned items are available for in-store credit if they have been received by our warehouse within 60 days of the original order shipment date printed on your packing slip. Your store credit code will be issued within 48 hours and emailed directly to you.
Your items are available for refund if they have been received by our warehouse within 60 days of the original order shipment date printed on your packing slip. Unfortunately, all shipping fee’s will not be refunded. Please note, returns do take us 7-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take 5 - 7 business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
